We are Miami’s bespoke boutique catering service. Our food is MiMo Mediterranean cuisine, a captivating blend of Classic Greek and Italian flavor with a Miami Modern twist. We are Unique Catering Design.

Founders Giovanni Sandri and Stevi Tsapi are poised for culinary success. Giovanni graduated from the highly prestigious ALMA International School of Italian Cuisine. His extensive restaurant experience in Italy comes from working in various Michelin star restaurants. Stevi comes from a multi-generational family run restaurant established in Greece. A perfect combination of highly trained Italian cuisine and impeccable design aesthetics.
